One Steps

The following are a list of sparring practice techniques.

    • Against a Mid Punch
    • perform a left palm block
    • execute a right reverse punch
    • execute a low left roundhouse kick
    • while placing the left foot down, execute a right elbow strike to the head

    • Against a High Punch
    • switch stance while performing a left rising knife hand block and a right knife hand strike to the temple
    • grab the opponent's arm and bring it down in front of you as you turn
    • raise the opponent's arm and break it over your shoulder
    • twist and pull on the opponent's arm, performing a four corner throw

    • Against a Mid Punch
    • switch stance while performing a right knife hand guarding block
    • execute a left reverse punch to the ribs
    • step behind the opponent with the left leg
    • while sweeping forward with the left leg, sweep backward with the left arm, driving the opponent to the floor
    • execute a right stomp on the opponent's neck

    • Against a Mid Punch
    • step off to dodge the strike
    • execute a right side kick
    • execute a left turning back kick

    • Against a High Punch
    • perform a left rising block
    • execute a right back kick
    • place the right foot next to the left, then lift the left knee
    • execute a turning right jump roundhouse kick

    • Against a Mid Punch
    • perform a left upper arm block
    • continue to turn, executing a right elbow strike to the temple, with the right leg behind the opponent
    • bring your right hand around to the front of the opponent, and perform a major reaping throw
    • execute a right downward punch

    • Against a Mid Roundhouse Kick
    • perform a double forearm block to the left
    • execute a right reverse mid punch with the left hand on top of the right elbow
    • execute a left knife hand strike to the neck
    • perform a right hand collar grab
    • pull the opponent down to a right knee kick

    • Against a Mid Punch
    • perform a left side block
    • execute a double right roundhouse kick, low then high
    • execute a jump left crescent kick

    • Against a Mid Punch
    • perform a right front block
    • execute a left turning wheel kick
    • execute a right turning back kick

    • Against a Mid Punch
    • perform a left grasping block and hold
    • execute a right front kick to the abdomen
    • execute a left crescent kick over the held arm
    • jerk up to break the arm

    • Against a Low Right Front Kick
    • perform a left sweeping block
    • twist and execute a right side kick
    • execute a left spinning back fist

    • Against a Mid Punch
    • slide to the right and lift the left knee
    • execute a jumping right front kick
    • execute a left jumping back kick

    • Against a Mid Punch
    • step back, then hop in to scissor sweep the opponent's legs
    • roll onto your right side and execute a left roundhouse kick

    • Against a Mid Punch
    • turn to the right, and execute a left sweeping kick
    • execute a hook kick or side kick depending on the opponent's position

    • Against a Mid Punch
    • offset to the left and perform a right outer forearm block
    • execute a left roundhouse kick to the back of the knee
    • execute a right jump roundhouse kick to the body
